Stephen T. Rogan is an Associate at Richard C. Bardi & Associates, LLC. Mr. Rogan has always been passionate about the law and the litigation process. It was that passion that led Mr. Rogan to attend Northeastern University's College of Criminal Justice. While at Northeastern, Mr. Rogan excelled both academically and professionally. Mr. Rogan took advantage of Northeastern's co-operative education program, participating in two six month "co-op" intern rotations at Boston law firms. After graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern in 2011, Mr. Rogan enrolled in Boston College Law School. While at BC Law, Mr. Rogan took advantage of every opportunity to be in the courtroom by becoming certified to practice as a student attorney under SJC Rule 3.03. In the spring of 2013, Mr. Rogan enrolled in BC Law's Civil Litigation Clinic, where he represented and advised indigent clients on family law, public benefits, and housing law matters. The following summer, Mr. Rogan worked for the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Public Defender Division in Norfolk Superior Court, arguing bail, motions, and assisting at trial for bind over felonies. Mr. Rogan then went on to enroll as a student attorney at BC Law's Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project representing criminal justice system involved juveniles and Youthful Offenders. Upon graduation from BC Law, Mr. Rogan was awarded a six month graduate fellowship in which he continued his work in BC Law's Civil Litigation Clinic. As an attorney, Mr. Rogan has represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters in several different courts. Now as an associate at Richard C. Bardi & Associates, Mr. Rogan has successfully transitioned his skills and experiences to provide exceptional representation of clients on family, civil, and criminal law cases.
